The Power of Pure Meditation: Begin the Journey Within

lotus-img

"Meditation is not just a practice—it is a pathway to soul awakening, a discipline that connects us with the Divine energy that resides within. Guided by the sacred teachings of Guru Maharaj Sant Trilochan Darshan Das Ji, here is a simple, transformative roadmap for sincere seekers of truth and inner light.""

Phase 1: Prepare the Foundation

Make Your Vision Clear

Before beginning, reflect: Do I truly wish to awaken the hidden divine power within me?
This clarity is the first step.

Self-Observation
  • Note your daily habits, surroundings, and lifestyle.
  • Remove what drains your soul—excessive social media, meaningless conversations, gossip, unnecessary television, and energy-draining interactions.
Initial Sitting Practice (15–25 mins/day)
  • If you haven’t yet been blessed with the sacred mantra, simply sit still and observe your breath.
  • Try this daily, in the same posture, for 21 days without break.
  • This builds mental discipline and starts aligning the body–mind circuit.

Phase 2: Initiate Chanting of the Holy Name

Once your body and breath are in harmony, begin chanting the sacred mantra given by your True Master, or chant the name of the deity you worship with devotion.

But Remember

When we chant a deity’s name (e.g., Ram-Ram), it eventually leads us toward the True Master.
Once we reach the feet of a True Master, all our previous chanting becomes divinely credited to our soul’s account for deeper spiritual gain.

Watch: How God’s messengers support those who chant the Name

Phase 3: Still the Mind – Become Unshakable

Sit Without Movement (21 days)

Your goal here is to win over the body's restlessness. If random thoughts arise, practice Yogic Breath Control:

  • Inhale–Exhale: Do 30 deep breaths, 3–4 sets per day to calm the thoughts.
  • Learn the Breath Technique (Video)

Important Tip: If thoughts still distract, pray directly to God and Guru Maharaj:
“Oh God, I am unable to chant Your Holy Name. Please help me come out of this trap of thoughts and mind.”

Common Hurdles: Family disagreements, restlessness, emotional chaos, worldly distractions.
Solution: Stay mentally connected with your Guru and God in every moment.

Consistency Builds the Soul's Power

Once you can sit still for 30 minutes, push to an hour, then two—and eventually strive for three hours daily of silent chanting. This is the stage where the body dissolves into stillness and the soul begins to shine.

"Do not attempt to see anything with closed eyes; instead, consistently chant the Holy Name in stillness for at least 1–1.5 years with full devotion."

This video brings a powerful meditation session led by our revered Spiritual Master. The practice of Ashtanga Yog helps unlock the blocked spiritual energy centers within the body and brings mental clarity— just like clearing cache or deleting unwanted files on a device, this method clears the clutter of thoughts from the mind.

🧘 Step 1 – Prabh Abhinashi Breathing
  • Inhale from the left nostril while chanting “Prabh”,
  • Exhale through the right nostril while chanting “Abhinashi”
  • Repeat this 16–17 times and always end the last breath out from the left nostril.
🧘‍♀️ Step 2 – Swas-Grass (Breath with Movement)
  • Inhale from both nostrils, raising your hands upward, chanting “Prabh Abhinashi”
  • Exhale while bringing your hands down, chanting “Antaryami”
  • Perform this for 3 sets of 30 times, focusing on the third eye point.
🕉️ Step 3 – Om Meditation in Gyan Mudra
  • Sit in Gyan mudra, inhale deeply and exhale slowly while chanting the full sound “Oo – Uu – Umm”
  • Continue this for at least 5 minutes.
🔁 Step 4 – Sacred Name Chanting in Gyan Mudra
  • Continue sitting still in Gyan mudra and chant: “Prabh Abhinashi – Antaryami”
  • Practice this for 5–10 minutes.

Finally, rub your palms together for 20 seconds and gently place them on your face and body.
Then slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed and recharged with divine energy.

The Power of a Clean Mind: Unlock True Meditation

"Just as we cleanse our body each day, the mind too needs daily purification. A clear, focused mind becomes the gateway to divine connection. Inspired by the sacred wisdom of Guru Maharaj Sant Trilochan Darshan Das Ji, embrace this powerful path to awaken your soul, activate your chakras, and let true meditation become your natural way of being."

Why Clean the Mind?

Just as we eat food and need to clean our digestive system regularly, our mind, too, absorbs thoughts from the outer world. Hence, it becomes necessary to purify and refresh the mental space every day—starting each day with clarity, energy, and divine focus.

Integrate this technique into your daily routine to strengthen your meditation practice and align your mind, breath, and soul with divine light.

Key Insights to Enhance Your Meditation Practice

The Power of Chakras: Awakening the Soul’s Path

Watch Full Reel
Our chakras are the soul’s true control centers. If inactive, the mind leads our life like a noisy software—ending in frustration and emotional emptiness.
But when chakras awaken, the mind becomes the soul's servant—not its master. Divine energy begins to flow, connecting the soul directly to the Supreme God.

True Meditation Is Not Ego-Driven
Meditation for Love, Not Superiority:

Beware : of meditating with desires of power, revenge, or ego. These intentions block divine blessings.
True results arise from devotion, humility, and surrender.

Effortless Chanting: Let the Holy Name Flow Like Breath

Reel – Chant Like Breathing
Guru Maharaj teaches that chanting should become as natural as blinking or breathing. Through consistency, this transforms into an effortless flow—allowing the Holy Name to remain with us even while working or walking.
