 Let your thoughts come and go. Stay seated.

Avoid unnecessary distractions like itching or outside noises.
 Gently bring your focus back to the chanting of the sacred mantra.
 Listen to your own voice as you chant. Let the sound guide you inward.

Don’t chase any vision of divine light or a face of God.
 The sacred mantra itself is the form of God. It connects your soul to the Divine.

Stay seated.
 Keep practicing this 24-minute meditation rule every day.
 Gradually, increase it to an hour… and then to three hours.

Meditate until a stage begins, where the soul starts experiencing the divine presence—
