Impurities That Keep God Away from Us

Are We Truly Walking the Path God Designed for Us?

God is not happy when He sees a person walking on His path but not walking the way He has designed for them. God expects a person to unite another hundred or so souls back to Him, but we are not even able to manage our own connection with God. He truly feels disappointed seeing His creation detaching from Him.

God will never reside in those who have entangled themselves in such A-dharams. God, being the purest one, will never show mercy to the soul that prefers to remain in impurities. Not even the demigods will stay near such people who are not pure in their inner and outer doings.

We need to recognize the impurities we are carrying within us, which are stopping God’s energy from entering and remaining in us. Worshipping, listening to kirtan, and getting influenced for a while, only to continue the same bad deeds in daily life, will leave a soul nowhere.

Guru Ji questions us here:

Is speaking lies correct? We lie and never even feel it is A-dharam.

Is lust correct? God created this only for vansh vridhi (procreation).

Is anger correct? We all know these are wrong, yet still, we do them.

Is earning more and more wealth as a life target is good?

Take today’s example: especially in MNCs, people devote most of their time to earning money. In the greed of earning more and more, they even forget to remember God and spend their whole lives sitting in front of computers, chasing riches. Then comes the time when a person crosses their 40s or 50s, and they realize that the madness of money they spent their life on has its limits. For instance, Bill Gates, the owner of Microsoft, one of the richest men, eventually started devoting his energy to charity at this stage of life.

Most wealthy people turn toward charity later, when they finally realize that the enjoyment of earning money is limited. They no longer find joy in piling up more wealth, so they begin to divert their energy into charity after getting tired of the endless chase.

The truth is, the energy we spend in the madness of earning will certainly bring us no credit in the end. A soul that balances life—both worldly and spiritual—will see fruitful results in the final closing phase of life.
